In 8 short years, Indian Summer Festival has become one of the city’s premiere cultural events. For two weeks, the the festival hosts innovative artists, thought-leaders and visionaries of Canada, South Asia and beyond. With Nobel, Booker and Grammy prize nominees, as well as world-renowned activists, individuals come together to explore and expand our borders.

The PAUSE Pavilion is one project/site within the festival. Housing a mini-festival unto itself, this is the venue for our free programming series. Indian Summer Festival works with a diversity of artists, audiences, and event styles to create an atmosphere of warmth, inclusion, creativity, and curiosity.
