Many people are negatively impacted from exposure to scents. Please refrain from wearing scented products while attending Indian Summer Festival events.
Mobility Access: The Museum of Vancouver is wheelchair and scooter accessible, including washrooms, ramps and elevators, and wide entrances and exits. The front entrance to the museum is a long curved ramp. If entering the museum from the ISF PAUSE stage, enter the building from the ground floor patio facing the park, and an elevator will take you up to the main floor. The Museum of Vancouver has one wheelchair available for borrow. Walk up to borrow, or phone them at 604-736-4431 to arrange in advance.
Parking: There is designated wheelchair accessible parking adjacent to the entrance ramp into the facility. Please note that it is paid parking.

Bathrooms: There are no bathrooms on the main event level, an elevator takes you downstairs to the bathrooms. All multi-stall bathrooms are gendered (trans-inclusive), and there is one gender neutral single stall bathroom. All bathrooms are wheelchair and scooter accessible.
Low Vision: This is low vision friendly programming. The programming itself is auditory. We offer one complimentary companion ticket for those who require assistance in order to
Seat Design: stacking metal and plastic chairs, no cushions no arms.
Hearing Assist: the museum does not offer hearing assist. The map of the space has descriptions of the exhibits.
Priority seating and early entry is available for this event for people with invisible disability, low vision, or chronic pain. We can arrange this onsite, or contact us to plan in advance.
Scent: While Indian Summer Festival emails all ticket holders requesting that attendees refrain from wearing scented products at all of our events, we do not enforce this policy, nor does this venue have permanent scent-free policies in place.
