This event is a scent-reduced space; please refrain from wearing scented products while attending Indian Summer Festival events.
Mobility Access: All areas but the balcony are wheelchair accessible. The front entrance has many stairs – the street-level entrance without stairs located on Nelson St. west of Burrard. All washrooms are accessible for wheelchairs and scooters. When purchasing tickets please choose the “wheelchair seating” option for the person(s) using a wheelchair or scooter as well as up to one companion, who will be provided with a chair next to you.
There is no designated wheelchair accessible parking, but there is street parking around the neighbourhood and a public parking lot opposite the venue on the South side.
Low Vision: This is a low vision friendly show. The programming itself is auditory, and there will be projected live feed of the speakers to support people with low vision. We offer one complimentary companion ticket for those who require assistance in order to attend.
Bathrooms: There is one single stalled non-gendered bathroom, located at the front of the hall. The multi-stall bathrooms adjacent to the lobby will be gendered and trans-inclusive. All washrooms are accessible for wheelchairs and scooters.
Seat Design: Seats in St Andrew’s Wesley are church pews: long wooden benches that can accommodate a range of sizes. The seats are hard, with a limited amount of small cushions. We encourage you to bring a cushion if this is important for you.
